We cant praise Craig, Joanne and the team at Midas Heathcote highly enough. From the moment we called them they were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. A week earlier, on our way to the airport, our car had broken down about 500m down the road from their workshop. After speaking to Craig, he kindly offered to retrieve our vehicle (saving us the time and hassle of organising a tow truck) and then had it repaired and back on the road within 24 hours at a very reasonable cost. Craig even showed us the parts he'd replaced - which we've never had a mechanic do before. They definitely get a thumbs up from us - highly recommended!
